With Alphabet City, you can create your own personalized message on a necklace, either to wear yourself or give to a friend or loved one. The sterling silver base necklace allows you up to 3 sterling silver letters (all lower case), as well as the symbols ♥ and +, plus a blank spacer (■) to make your name or message, all for $195. Additional sterling silver letters, symbols, or blanks can be added on for $27.50 each, or create a very special look by adding 19k-gold letters, symbols, or blanks at a cost of $850 each. The necklace is strung on a black nylon cord and finished with Jill's signature ring clasp in sterling silver, all shipped in a Jill Platner gift tin.

Creating your personalized Alphabet City necklace is simple and fun. To build your own necklace, please follow the steps listed below.
- 1. SPECIFY LENGTH by clicking dropdown menu in upper left corner.
- 2. CONFIGURE BLOCKS by clicking on key pad
- * Change individual blocks to 19k gold (if desired).
- * View clasp
- 3. CONFIRM
- 4. ADD TO CART
To begin, just select the desired length for your necklace from Box #1 at the top of the column on the left.
Each necklace is finished with Jill's signature sterling silver ring clasp.
Cord lengths are measured from the top block in the necklace.
Using Box #1 at the top of the column on the left, please select one of the the following lengths for your necklace:

- -- 31"
- * As you spell out your message, you can change individual blocks to 19k gold by mousing over the desired block.
- * When finished, click CONFIRM to see what you've created.
- * At the same time, the cost for your customized necklace will automatically be calculated.
How it will look:
* To edit the name or message you've created, click on PREVIOUS
* To delete all and begin again, click on START OVER.
* To finish and purchase, click on ADD TO CART
* You can then CHECKOUT or click on BACK TO BROWSE to continue shopping
