RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges for unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt for Jill Platner retail store credit. Store credits are available for use for 1 year from the date of issue and may only be used at the Jill Platner Inc retail store or via phone order.
Sale and special order merchandise are final sale.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please call (212) 324-1298 to obtain a Return Authorization number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Return merchandise with the original receipt to:

Jill Platner Inc. is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels.
DELIVERY POLICY
Because all items are handcrafted in our studio, we can not guarantee exact ship dates. You may contact our store for further information on items which may be in stock and ship sooner, or if you have a time sensitive request. Please also contact us for further information regarding your order, often we are able to give more details regarding the production process and turn around time of any one particular item. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email which confirms your order is being shipped. Parcels are shipped through UPS. All shipments are 100% insured.
US SHIPPING RATES
At this time orders placed at jillplatner.com can only be shipped within the continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii (street addresses only). For international orders please contact us directly.
