How do I find an item on your site?
You can search for items by using the category menu on the left hand side of the browser, or refine your search using the sort buttons along the top.
How do I measure the length of a piece?

Our measurements are taken from just inside the toggle to the inside of the ring. Leather bracelets are measured from the center of the button to the center of the hole.
How does the clasp work?

Although some clasps vary in shape and size, our standard toggle is thick on one side and thin on the other. Push the toggle parallel to the cord so that the thick side is pointing up. Pull the toggle through the ring. Push the toggle back to a perpendicular position . Your clasp should be secure.
What is the material of the crocheted cord?
The material used is TENARA® Sewing Thread, a durable thread that withstands exposure to the elements, including UV sunlight and saltwater. TENARA® thread is manufactured from 100% expanded PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethlyene) fiber. PTFE is the chemical name for Teflon.
Can I get a different color or length?
At this time special orders cannot be placed through the website. Please contact the store, and we will be happy to help you choose a special color and length. All special orders are FINAL SALE, and cannot be exchanged.
What is 19k green gold?
19k green gold is an alloy containing gold, silver, and trace amounts of copper, and is not commercially available. Our special recipe with its higher gold content gives the gold a unique, rich color with a greenish hue.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Our signature silver and crochet jewelry is highly durable and can be safely worn in the shower and in water. Polishing cloths are provided with each purchase and will help to keep the silver clean and shiny. However, due to the finish of our jewelry, and the textured surfaces of many of our designs, some tarnish may be harder to remove. Silver cleaning solutions may be used on the metal, but contact with the cord should be avoided. Also avoid getting creams, perfumes and oils directly on the jewelry. Silver will tarnish by nature over time if not worn, and attention and periodic maintenance goes a long way in preventing build-up that may be harder to clean with time.
Leather and rawhide pieces should NOT be exposed to water. Getting leather wet will speed up the aging process and may cause it to shrink and crack.
19k gold jewelry can be cleaned with the polishing cloth provided.

Can I get my jewelry repaired?
Repair services for damaged and worn jewelry are provided upon request. You may come by the store or contact us with your repair needs. When shipping an item, please package securely and be sure to include your return address, e-mail address, phone number, and a detailed description of the repairs to be made. Upon receipt and review of your item, we will contact you with an estimate of cost and time needed to complete your repair. We do our best to satisfy our customers, but depending on the condition and age, some pieces may be harder to repair.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are currently unavailable through the website. Please contact the store.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
What is your RETURN POLICY?
Jewelry may be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please call or email the store to obtain a Return Authorization number and to arrange for merchandise exchanges and credits. All special orders are final sale.
When will I receive my order?
All items are handmade in our studio and while we try to keep them in stock, some items have to be made to order and take longer to ship out. Estimated availability is provided for each item on the site. While we do our very best to complete your order in the given time, due to the hand crafted nature of the jewelry we cannot provide a guaranteed ship date. Should there be complications with your order, we will contact you immediately to give you an update on the status.
